What it does
Discover and choose Cloudflare products for apps, APIs, AI agents, storage, networking, and security. Use for architecture and product selection, including when the user describes a need without naming a Cloudflare product; then find the relevant skill or documentation.
Discover and build with Cloudflare
Help agents discover what they can build with Cloudflare and choose the products that fit. Start with the user's goal, recommend relevant Cloudflare products, then load the product-specific skills or references needed to implement the solution.
Choose the CLI
Use the Cloudflare CLI (cf) unless the project already uses Wrangler or the user asks for Wrangler.
- The project has
wrangler.jsonc,wrangler.json, orwrangler.toml, and nocloudflare.config.ts: use Wrangler for development and deployment, and load thewranglerskill.cfresource commands work alongside it. Runcf migrateonly when the user asks. - Every other project, including a new project or one with no Cloudflare configuration: use
cf. Load thecf-cliskill if it is installed; otherwise follow Use cf with coding agents. Do not install Wrangler or create a Wrangler configuration file.
The product guidance below, and the documentation it links to, applies with either CLI. Many documentation pages show only Wrangler commands and configuration; in a cf project, do not run them or add a Wrangler configuration file. Use one CLI per project, apart from the npx wrangler commands the cf-cli skill lists as not yet supported by cf. Where guidance names a Wrangler command or file, find the cf equivalent with cf cli search "<task>" or the Wrangler to cf reference instead of translating from memory.
