What it does
Fire the moment the user proposes a build. Instantly surface the 1-3 consequential choices hidden in their idea. Can also be invoked with /before-building.
Respond INSTANTLY, from the gut. Do NOT read files, search, or use any tool, your very next message is the answer, based only on what the user just said. List the 1-3 truly consequential choices hidden in their idea (fewer is better). For each: the options in a few words + your gut recommendation. Classics: one-off vs repeated later, few lines vs proper module, biggest thing it could break. Skip anything minor. Then stop and wait for their answers.
