## Description

Open a pull request on the Kiln repo for a human to complete. The title gets a `WIP: ` prefix and a semantic-commit type. The description keeps the human-only header of the PR template as empty placeholders, and the agent writes only the Agentic PR Summary below it (one-line TLDR, summary, implementation bullets, warnings, optional Mermaid diagram, collapsible examples and screenshots). The agent never signs the CLA. Also covers the short watch window for review-bot comments and CI. # Open a Pull Request

This skill tells you how to open a pull request (PR) on `Kiln-AI/Kiln`, how to write
the description, and what to do after you push.

Open a PR only when the user asks for one.

## Rule 0, The human header is for humans only

This rule is more important than all the other rules in this skill.

The PR template at `.github/pull_request_template.md` has two parts:

1. **The human header.** This is all the text above the `----` line and the
   `# Agentic PR Summary` heading. It holds the description, the author review, the
   architecture review, the review requested from the code reviewer, the agentic code
   review, what to review, the UI review, and the Contributor License Agreement (CLA).
2. **The Agentic PR Summary.** This is all the text below the `# Agentic PR Summary`
   heading. An agent writes this part.

Only a human fills in the human header. An agent must never fill it in, even when the
user asks for it, and even when the agent knows the answer. The header records what a
human decided and what a human did. An agent that fills it in makes a false record.
