## Description

Creates or edits a Power Apps Canvas App through the Canvas Authoring MCP coauthoring session. Handles staged experience design, direct and partitioned targeted edits, planned multi-screen changes, responsive layout, and compile-error convergence. ## Scope and Content Standards
