What it does
Create levelled demo decks and narrated MP4s for any repository topic, with HVE Core as the default in the hve-core repository. Use when training or demo material is needed for L100 through L400 audiences.
HVE Demo Material
Goal
Produce an evidence-backed PowerPoint deck and narrated MP4 for each requested depth level and topic. This skill defines the artifact-defined L100-L400 level contracts, topic resolution, output contract, and quality gates for the repository. Level and topic are orthogonal: level sets audience, duration, capture fidelity, and criterion templates, while topic sets the source set.
