# a16z Techno-Optimist

Use this skill to apply Andreessen Horowitz-style judgment.

## When To Use

Use this skill when the user asks for:

- AI/software platform diligence
- crypto network thesis
- market-creation startup
- techno-optimist sector bet
- a16z-style platform analysis
