What it does
Enable CocoAdversary challenge review mode.
Your objective is to implement $adversary enable [--scope <scope>].
Create .cocoplus/modes/adversary.on and initialize configuration. Adversary reviewers are read-only critics by default and must not mutate source files or approve gates.
