Automate the full QuarkPanTool → mswnlz GitHub content publishing pipeline. Supports Quark / Baidu / Aliyun drives with multi-account rotation. Use when the user provides share URLs and wants: (1) auto-detect drive type and route to correct handler, (2) save resources with automatic account rotation, (3) clean junk files from shared folders, (4) copy promotional files into each folder, (5) generate permanent encrypted share links, (6) auto-classify items into local content dirs (book/movies/AIknowledge/tools/etc.), (7) append/update YYYYMM.md and README index, (8) local git commit, (9) send unified Telegram notifications to multiple groups, (10) rebuild site and deploy to Cloudflare Pages.

The resource site now targets kingcolixhs@gmail.com, account
ff9ae38b2050743cef380268109348c6, project doc869hr.
Its assigned hostname is doc869hr-6r4.pages.dev; do not infer it from the
project name. The public hostname remains doc.869hr.uk.
Load the dedicated ~/.config/doc869hr/cloudflare.env; never change the
shared Wrangler login. The deployment script uses an isolated working directory,
runs source tests, and verifies the release marker on the production hostname
before notifications. See CLOUDFLARE_MIGRATION.md for cutover and rollback.
Historical instructions below that suggest wrangler login or the old
doc869hr.pages.dev target are superseded by this section.

doc869hr，域名 doc.869hr.uk），已校验源码同步到 Gitee 私有仓库；旧 GitHub 历史不复制，避免带入已删除凭据与缓存。
支持三网盘混合输入、多账号轮换、多群组通知。

- 发布入口要求资源站源码工作区预先干净；仅提交本次生成的
docs/变化，防止混入人工修改。 - Gitee 使用当前清理树开始的独立快照历史，旧 GitHub 凭据和缓存历史不得镜像。
